“If you can weave together large quantities of facts and data coherently, there’s no problem too complex to tackle.”

Aaron has a penchant for navigating uncharted territory. In another life, this avid hiker might have been a cartographer, leading teams on long backpacking trips, and building new topographic trail maps. In his current one, he is able to chart vast quantities of information to simplify problems and map out how people, structures, and processes influence one another within a larger organization to reveal opportunities, efficiencies, and possibilities.

Aaron has more than a decade of experience in strategic planning and aerospace systems engineering. His background includes roles at Edison International, where he implemented a new, risk-informed strategic planning approach, and Northrup Grumman, where he honed his capabilities and skills leading large-scale space programs. This guitar-playing collector of vinyl earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
