“Being competent, knowledgeable, and having good communication skills are critical to good client engagement, however tenacity makes good engagements great.”
Addison Iwanaga began his consulting career in biotech manufacturing before getting a second degree and becoming a consultant advising on multi-million-dollar projects within the same industry. In his most recent role for the Almac Group, a software company building clinical trial solutions, he led their largest clinical trial projects from kick-off to close-out overseeing scope, budget, quality, timelines, project deliverables, and client relationships. He knows how to build trusted relationships and lead cross-functional teams toward innovative solutions to the most complex business challenges.
Addison’s colleagues especially value his positive attitude and ability, in difficult challenges, to always find the solutions rather than dwell on the issues. He is passionate about helping others and providing optimal value to any team he leads. Addison received a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis in genetics, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Arizona.
