Alyssa Horning gets to the root of an issue by knowing the right questions to ask and addressing pain points with empathy. Described as diligent and passionate, she partners with businesses to achieve their goals in the most effective and sustainable way. As an avid runner who competed on the track and cross-country teams in college, she has built up her persistence and ability to stick to a plan or pivot if needed to find new ways forward.
Her career started as a manufacturing technician at Intel where she gained an appreciation for process improvement. After moving into project management, she worked with a GovTech company through its acquisition, where she led and facilitated the implementation of new software solutions for municipal clients. Alyssa is working on her MBA from Willamette University and holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Saint Mary’s College of California.
