Amy has a history of producing results in complex transitions. She ran HSBC Europe’s IT portfolio management practice, re-designed HSBC Card Services third party billing platform, and rolled out University of Wisconsin-Madison's new IT decision-making process. She holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University.
