Anna Tatara gets energized by digging deep into a problem that is complex or ambiguous. She likes doing the hands-on work with people and challenging the status quo. Anna believes quick wins early on can offer useful direction and help the whole team see where a solution could be headed. As a very inclusive leader, she seeks out and values diverse feedback while rallying a team towards the end goal.
With an interest in systems engineering where people are the primary subsystem, Anna became an industrial engineer. In her prior role at Intel, she honed her data and analytics skills, working with cross-functional teams to change processes, create efficiencies, and introduce higher quality methods. Anna earned a master’s and bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
