Bill Skerpan has a knack for making the hidden and complex more accessible and understood. Bill is passionate about creating environments for people to exercise their imagination, collaborate across sectors, and implement new technology and systems, working actively to improve their organizations and community. During the first decade of his career, Bill worked in management consulting serving public sector clients in Washington, DC. He then served the City of Boulder, Colorado, as its innovation and analytics manager leading citywide strategies and programs, enabling data-informed decision-making and innovation across the city's 20+ departments and 1,600 employees. Bill received a master of public policy (MPP) and a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Washington University.
