“Emphasize the design phase of any project.”

Chase Cushman loves processes and ideas that simplify complex concepts. His philosophy is to measure what is. Playing competitive chess fuels his creative thinking and enhances his ability to evaluate options while staying disciplined. Passionate about design, he takes the extra time to listen and understand the current state to identify what a successful future state should be.

Chase started his career with Kaiser Permanente where he honed his SQL querying skills by building reports and pulling key data for regional pharmacy leadership. This set him up with a strong technical foundation to better understand and model business problems through data. He later pivoted into a consulting role where he assisted healthcare organizations with the planning, design, and implementation of revenue cycle workflow and automation tools. Chase holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems from Oregon State University.
