“I believe business success is rooted in empathy and the courage to face hard truths with grace and understanding.”
Colin Stoetzel is a “systems thinker” that considers business impact across the value stream. He knows that the greatest insights and actions lie at the intersection of data, institutional knowledge, and organizational culture. His career began with a twist: post-college, Colin played semi-professional football for 10 years and worked in landscape construction, before becoming a mortgage fraud/money-laundering examiner for the State of Massachusetts Division of Banks.
He knew he wanted to address global problems on a larger scale, so got an MBA and took roles across marketing, supply chain planning, operations, and category management—all uniquely equipping him to do what he does today. He credits efficiency, courage, and execution—and its combined ability to reduce stress and improve workspaces—as pivotal for sustained business growth. Colin received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his MBA from Northeastern University, Boston.
