When Emily Baker identifies a challenge, she faces it head on. The more difficult the challenge, the more determined she is to conquer it. This mindset has guided her steadily through marathon training and her juggling of work, life, and studying for professional credentials. It focuses her energies when she’s managing conflict or breaking a complex system or process into its nuts and bolts.
Emily began her career as a design engineer, but her aptitude for process improvement soon led her toward project delivery. Her experience includes roles in process improvement and change management at Novartis Consumer Health, Soligent, PG&E, and Kenandy, where she led implementation projects for midsize to enterprise companies. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Nebraska.
