Fay MacDonnell Linkedin
“Make a decision, take action, look at the result, and learn. Learning informs the next action, and the next.”
Fay MacDonnell loves to solve problems. She encourages teammates and stakeholders to keep an open mind and test changes before settling on a final solution. She’s found this approach motivates those who may be resistant—to join in and test their own theories—which serves to boost trust and collaboration and ultimately, project success. Fay has a knack for seeing a process or workflow where there isn't one and is able to think holistically, pragmatically, and with detail. Her optimism and vigilance allow her to jump into the confusion of the unexpected, devising new options, hunting for new paths of least resistance, and figuring out new partnerships—because, after all, there might just be a better way.
Fay’s career includes roles that have fine-tuned her expertise in change management and process efficiencies, including senior workflow consultant and change management coaching roles for OCHIN, Inc., and implementation consultant and project manager roles for Clinicient. Fay received a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and is a certified Prosci change practitioner and MG RUSH structured professional facilitator.
