Gillian Adendorff is fascinated by what makes people tick and what motivates us to change our ways. She helps teams come together by learning about each other and opening minds to see things from multiple perspectives. Having explored the colorful cultures of many countries, Gillian is curious about behavior and adaption from an ethnographical perspective. She gets a thrill out of inspiring people to uncover their hidden talents, unique value, and bliss.
Bringing 25 years of experience managing change in the public and private sectors, including finance, government, transportation, and insurance, Gillian has played a key role in developing goals for people transitioning into different roles, practices, and systems both internal and external to an organization. She started her career as a systems analyst and shifted to business analysis and project management before moving into change management. Most recently, she worked in Australia while conducting academic research in local governments in Queensland. Gillian holds a master’s degree from Southern Cross University in Australia.
