“Great success very rarely stems from effortless conditions.”

Jena Marcum is most comfortable when she’s a little bit uncomfortable. Her success to date has been driven in part by her tendency to embrace difficult situations as ready-made opportunities to learn and grow. Jena is always looking for the next big challenge, personally and professionally. She has driven a NASCAR stock car, flown in a B-17 bomber, shot an M4 out of an R44 helicopter in flight, has been skydiving, scuba diving, and is currently learning to fly fixed-wing aircraft. She’s bold, enterprising, and drawn to projects involving diverse industries and challenges.

Jena is known for her ability to consistently deliver results by breaking down ambitious projects into executable plans. She is an exceptional organizer with a strong technical background that includes roles in engineering at Rolls-Royce. She holds a Master of Science degree in Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
