Johanna Seasonwein works smart with heart. As a leader who takes a systems approach to problem solving, she believes strong communication is key, sprinkled with a healthy dash of humor. Johanna is a passionate lifelong learner who knows how to ask questions and truly listen, take in a lot of data quickly to analyze a situation, and put together a plan for success. Her love of ballet has taught her the importance of focusing on the everyday moments that build muscle memory to conquer those bigger moments.
With a career that started in consulting, Johanna went on to become a university instructor and art museum curator for 10 years before founding a communications consulting business and later pivoting to university career services.
