Lucy McKenzie’s clients describe her as an open, clear, and empathetic communicator, as well as collaborative in driving solutions. The issue first presented may not be the most important problem to tackle – through this process, Lucy works to uncover other pain points that help guide the project trajectory.
Over Lucy’s previous 10-year career, she’s held a variety of roles in education management and technology, including teaching, professional coaching, sales account management, and software implementation. She is passionate about helping individuals and institutions unlock their potential and achieve their goals through her expertise in client coaching and change management. Lucy also speaks Spanish fluently, a skill she’s recently used to build relationships with LATAM customers in education tech software. Lucy received her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
