Madeline Peyton is especially skilled at deep listening to get to the core of an issue and bringing people along on the journey toward solutions that benefit everyone. She loves to dig in and understand the parts to improve the whole to streamline a process. Madeline builds project plans that clarify expectations, create transparency, and promote a shared understanding of the goals. She brings discipline, a growth mindset, and poise under pressure to all of her work.

Madeline is passionate about operational efficiency. While working at tech and health tech startups, she honed her operational, strategic, and product management skills. Later, as a research program manager, Madeline transformed the operations of a clinical research department and contributed to publications, reinforcing her core value of improving systems to support better business and customer outcomes. The most rewarding projects for Madeline apply these skills to building systems, finding efficiencies, and fixing organizational and technology transformation problems. Madeline earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from San Francisco State University.
