“Measure your own success by the success of your clients.”

Matthew Newberg takes each challenge one roadblock at a time. A former engineer, his mind is never far from figuring out the next improvement: a better route to work, a faster way to solve a Rubik’s cube, or a small process modification that reaps outsized gains in efficiency. He taps into this mindset to measure the current state of a project, make it better, and quantify the results...and then he does it all over again.

Matthew has spent most of his career neck-deep in data, and he excels at uncovering insights and using them to improve outcomes. His experience includes managing validation testing projects at General Electric and helping to move projects forward at Bank of America. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University.
