Melanie Kelley makes a point to really listen and pay attention to the emotion in the room, even the things that go unsaid. Described as calm and collected with a sense of humor that makes people feel included, she embraces unconventional methods of problem-solving to put in place lasting outcomes. Melanie believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to a problem and that business strategy sometimes requires getting outside our comfort zone. Her goal is to champion and accelerate business growth in an innovative and sustainable way.

Having started her career in administrative support, Melanie worked closely with CEOs and C-suite executives at high-growth companies, helping them manage both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. Since then, she has worked in corporate governance strategy at a large healthcare organization, project management in hospitality, finance, and advertising, and as a freelance marketing and growth strategy consultant. Her prior role focused on developing high-performing teams and priming leadership to handle change management processes. Melanie earned her MBA from Temple University and her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Rutgers University.
