Nate Abrew knows how to make decisions quickly under stress. As an Apache helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, he learned to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances. He excels at developing close-knit teams able to work together to create simple solutions for complex issues.    

Nate’s career has been driven by his ability to motivate and inspire junior leaders to deliver results and effect change. His experience includes seven years in the military, where he led cross-functional teams and spearheaded projects spanning risk management, continuous improvement, business analysis, and technology implementation. Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Azusa Pacific University.
