With a background in professional coaching, Renae knows that listening and asking questions sets the stage for creating ideal solutions to reach the best outcomes. A huge proponent in the power of data, Renae turns to data to help tell a story and support decision making. Her career path spans mental health, higher education, and now data analytics—all serving to hone her natural skills as a communicator of complex issues into easily digestible action plans.
Renae spent most of her childhood in Texas and while she misses thunderstorms and great queso, Portland is her favorite place to live. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lewis and Clark College and earned a 4.0 master’s degree from Northeastern University in data analytics, with a concentration in evidence-based management.
