One of the principles Rosy Van Horn lives by is to be compassionate but candid. She believes being genuine and honest is the kindest thing we can be for one another. A self-described extreme extrovert and the youngest of seven kids to immigrant parents, Rosy learned early on the value of being a hard worker, self-starter, expert communicator, and fixer of things. In her role as manager of services for Ruby, she oversaw 500+ frontline employees, successfully applying her skill mix across business process optimizations, strategic planning and execution, change management, and team leadership and organizational development.

Rosy excels in situations marked by past failures and few resources. She’s been called a fearless, collaborative, and compassionate leader—thriving on leading teams to create order and systemic change in the midst of challenge. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University.
