Stefanie Galen is driven to make a difference, each and every day. With a faithful adherence to listening, problem-solving, and engaging with people, she has a knack for helping organizations grow bigger and better without sacrificing customer and employee satisfaction. Stefanie finds parallels between her professional work and the service organizations for which she frequently volunteers; the goal of each is to help people, or groups of people, be the best they can be. Among the causes she supports are SMART (Start Making a Reader Today), Oregon Humane Society, Planned Parenthood, Schoolhouse Supplies, Be The Match, Impact NW, Raphael House, Mercy Corps Northwest, and Save The Children.

Stefanie has more than a decade of experience focused on the customer experience, including roles at Waste Management and Accenture. She holds a master’s degree in organizational performance from Bellevue University and a bachelor’s degree in geography from Portland State University.
