“It can be easy to focus just on the task at hand when implementing a change, but projects often work best when they inspire improvements in adjacent systems and teams. Let the momentum of improvement grow."
Thomas’ go-to mantra: transparency is my friend, creativity my weapon, and hard work my shield. His passion is to design or improve systems that have real impact on people. Thomas chose a decision science and psychology degree at Carnegie Mellon to explore how people fit into a larger understanding of the economy and business. He then moved on to CapTech Consulting and there helped clients lead change management initiatives before focusing exclusively as a Workday configuration specialist, communications planner, and assistant project manager.
At Propeller, Thomas looks forward to getting back to his roots working with clients to implement change management initiatives designed to help make life better for people. Thomas received his bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
