“Focus on the positive, and have some fun.”
Tyler Galeazzi often looks to the NBA’s most creative, forward-thinking teams for inspiration. Invariably, they lead the standings by getting ahead of trends and focusing on the things that will give them a competitive advantage: assembling the right people, with the right chemistry, and helping them execute. For Tyler, this translates into getting to know his teams, their skills, and their passions. It enables him to build and motivate teams that give that little extra to ensure maximum success.
Tyler is a problem-solver at heart, one who generally imbues a bit of extra fun into the process. He spent more than seven years working in healthcare software technology at Epic Software, where he developed the company’s analytics services program to enable clients to build infrastructure and use data to improve operations. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Madison – Wisconsin.
