Annalise Yahne is a collaborative leader who operates on the value that people buy into solutions they have a hand in helping create. She loves tackling problems, working with people, and distilling data and research into actionable next steps. Annalise puts in the effort to build a strong foundation of trust and personal connection with those around her and is committed to managing projects according to the culture and needs of an organization. She is dedicated to staying strong physically and mentally, which she translates to her work by trying new ways of pushing herself to build perseverance in the face of adversity while managing projects. With several years of experience at public, nonprofit, and private organizations, her skillset is in bringing diverse stakeholders together, and designing and implementing strategic solutions. Annalise’s experience across sectors has strengthened her ability to adapt and work through ambiguity to take on difficult challenges. And her prior work in the social impact space has made her exceptionally client service minded. Annalise earned a master’s degree in international administration from the University of Denver and bachelor’s degrees in journalism and organizational and interpersonal communication from Azusa Pacific University.
