“Listen, reflect, and ask the right questions.”

Knitting has given Hannah Ferber much more than an aptitude with a needle; it has also taught her the importance of vision, humility, persistence, creativity, and community, whether she’s problem-solving a pattern or leading a team. Optimistic and collaborative, Hannah is inspired when she’s able to make things better and when she’s working on a project that has a lasting, meaningful impact on people’s lives.

A special education teacher turned programmer and strategic consultant, Hannah is happiest in roles that allow her to crack new codes and balance analytical and people-focused approaches. Her experience includes positions at Teach for America, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and PixelSpoke, where she defined the organization’s strategic vision and objectives, implemented digital marketing campaigns, and brought new website designs to life. Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Macalester College.
