Olamide Afolabi enjoys finding ways to make things as simple for the customer as possible. Having collaborated with engineering managers, software developers, and other cross-functional teams, Olamide can communicate with anyone and seeks to understand all viewpoints. Her secret sauce is adaptability. Life experiences have taught her how to be a chameleon, and she prides herself on her willingness to be flexible depending on the situation.
In a prior role as a technical project manager with a major bank, she completed user interface validations, simplified website use and access for customers, and ensured software was functioning as expected. Olamide earned her MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in health professions and other related clinical sciences from the University of Central Florida.
